About the role

The Claims Associate Representative provides administrative, technical and operational support for processing partner claim data. This entry‑level position ensures data accuracy, follows standard operating procedures and escalates issues when needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Run, prepare and categorize weekly reports, sort lines by error code and update BAU trackers.
  • Correct basic data issues in the policy administration system using defined SOP steps.
  • Follow rule‑based instructions for each error category, applying fixes or routing items to IT.
  • Escalate complex cases to the Supervisor and raise IT tickets for unresolved issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, add standard claim comments and archive reports per SOP.

Required profile

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to follow structured step‑by‑step procedures without deviation.
  • Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, adding columns, structuring tabs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • English language proficiency.
