Clinical Nurse II – PCU Part‑Time Float (Days)

About the role
BayCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join its Progressive Care Unit (PCU) float pool on a part‑time, day‑shift basis. You will provide high‑quality, independent nursing care to a diverse group of patients across multiple BayCare hospitals in the Tampa Bay region.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other members of the health‑care team.
- Maintain professional accountability and pursue ongoing development.
- Serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Required profile
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care.
