Cold Outreach Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cold Outreach Intern to design and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline. You will work remotely, collaborating with brand, data, and engagement teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of LinkedIn cold outreach campaigns, from prospect research to meeting generation.
• Write personalized LinkedIn messages that initiate conversations.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns using automation platforms such as Expandi, Salesflow, or similar tools.
• Monitor performance metrics (connection acceptance, response, qualified meetings) and produce regular reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, targeting, and sequences to improve results.
• Qualify inbound responses and hand them over to appointment setters or the sales team.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align outreach with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn cold outreach campaigns and generating qualified leads.
• Strong copywriting ability to craft personalized outreach.
• Experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and make data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
