Commercial Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Commercial Leasing Consultant will work on‑site in Kenya, focusing on leasing commercial properties and nurturing client relationships for Pam Golding Properties. This full‑time position involves identifying suitable spaces, guiding clients through market trends, and ensuring smooth lease execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and market appropriate commercial spaces to prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market trends, rental values, and lease terms.
• Negotiate and draft lease agreements, coordinating with landlords and tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and prepare leasing proposals.
• Perform regular market research and report on portfolio performance.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, local market dynamics, and lease structures.
• Proven client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Solid organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and contract review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple properties, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Kenyan commercial property regulations and prior experience in commercial leasing or brokerage.
