About the role
Mylk Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join its kitchen team. This entry‑level position supports the preparation and presentation of high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Carry out daily washing, cleaning, and workspace maintenance to ensure food safety.
- Support the service area by ensuring food and kiosk offerings meet customer expectations.
- Participate in stock rotation, inventory checks, and related paperwork such as invoices and cleaning schedules.
Required profile
- Passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
