About the role

We are seeking proactive individuals to act as Onboarding Agents, bringing new sellers onto our online marketplace. The role is commission‑only and focuses on recruiting sellers, ensuring they create a minimum number of product listings.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential sellers who could benefit from listing on our platform.
  • Guide sellers through the registration process and assist them in setting up their accounts.
  • Verify that each onboarded seller uploads at least three advertisements for their products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and report progress regularly.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Interest in e‑commerce and helping businesses grow online.

Required skills

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet browsing.

What we offer

  • Earn KES 1,000 for every 10 sellers successfully onboarded who each upload at least three ads.
  • Flexible, commission‑only arrangement allowing you to work at your own pace.
