Company Driver

About the role

d.light is looking for a reliable Company Driver to provide safe, courteous, and efficient transportation for staff across Nairobi. The driver will ensure the vehicle is well‑maintained and all travel documents are up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Transport staff to appointments, meetings and events, adhering to traffic laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and report maintenance issues.
• Plan and optimise routes for timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages and other items.
• Keep accurate mileage, trip and expense records for reimbursement.
• Perform additional transportation errands as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent; security or first‑aid training is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of professional driving experience, preferably executive or VIP.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and deep knowledge of local routes.
• Strong commitment to road safety, vehicle maintenance and ability to pass a drug test.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality and punctuality; willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
