About the role
Kenafric is looking for a detail‑oriented Consumer Insight Assistant to support its insight team. The role involves ensuring consumer data is accurate, clean, and delivered on time to inform marketing decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Program, test, and deploy survey forms using KoboToolbox.
- Clean, structure, and analyse quantitative datasets in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Transform research findings into visual charts, data tables, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage research documentation, maintain file archives, and coordinate administrative workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (including internships) in data collection, market research or M&E.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and good communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Survey tools such as KoboToolbox/ODK.
