Content Creator – Storyline & Game Designer

About the role

Destplore Inc. is seeking a creative storyteller to design immersive, puzzle‑driven adventures for real‑world exploration games. You will craft unique storylines, characters, and challenges that bring cities to life for players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging narratives, characters, and plotlines tailored to specific cities.
• Create puzzle concepts, clues, and challenge sequences that reflect local culture and landmarks.
• Research neighborhoods, historic sites, and hidden gems to inspire authentic game content.
• Write in‑app text such as mission introductions, riddles, dialogue, and location‑based storytelling.
• Prototype and refine game flows to ensure clarity, fun, and immersion.
• Collaborate with the core team to follow Destplore’s storytelling framework and design guidelines.

Required profile

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Tourism & Hospitality, Business, or Public Relations.
• Passionate about storytelling, world‑building, and exploring new cities.
• Strong research abilities and attention to cultural detail.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools required; creativity, research, and strong writing are essential.

What we offer

• Payment of VND 2,000,000 for each published adventure.
• 30% commission on purchases generated by your game (typically $200–$1,000 USD per year).
• Training and mentorship from Destplore’s co‑founders with experience at Uber and Amazon.
