About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join its Business Industry Group serving the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio markets. The role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel on corporate matters, contracts, governance, and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and related transactional work.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys on diverse assignments and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure quality legal deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing corporate law.
• Strong academic credentials and a reputation for ethical conduct.
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven project‑management skills.
