Corporate Sustainability Manager

About the role

Cebu Pacific is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Manager to lead its decarbonisation agenda across the airline. You will combine strategic thinking with deep technical expertise to drive emission‑reduction programmes and embed carbon‑management practices throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement aviation and general decarbonisation programmes to achieve targeted emission reductions.
• Build subject‑matter expertise on carbon management, aviation sector decarbonisation, carbon offsetting, nature‑based and technology‑based solutions.
• Monitor, calculate and report Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions, maintaining internal emission factor databases and reduction models.
• Perform forecasting and technical analysis of emissions projections, assessing the impact of decarbonisation levers.
• Provide technical, market and regulatory research to support climate‑related policies, regulations and decarbonisation projects.
• Ensure compliance with reporting obligations such as CORSIA and other ICAO schemes.
• Track developments in carbon‑offset standards, methodologies, technologies and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, environmental engineering or a related field.
• Excellent project‑management abilities with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities with a creative, strategic mindset.
• High degree of autonomy, initiative and ownership in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Mastery of PowerPoint for effective communication.
• Data modelling and analytics for emissions forecasting and scenario analysis.
