Country Sales Manager (Kenya)

About the role

D Prime, an online broker offering multi-asset CFD trading to professional investors, is expanding across Africa and is looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead its growth in Kenya. The role covers sales strategy, team building and execution, and optionally extends to the wider African market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase client acquisition, deposit volumes and market penetration, primarily in Kenya and optionally across Africa.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Sales team members and Sales Directors to support regional growth.
• Lead local sales initiatives, improve team effectiveness and ensure strong execution against business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to strengthen their performance and maximise business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and streamline local sales operations.
• Partner with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and promotions that resonate with the African market.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a Sales Manager or above position.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan financial services and trading market.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Nice to have: 3+ years of experience in a Sales Manager or above position within the CFD brokerage industry.
