Customer Care Agent

About the role

The Partnership Agency is hiring a Customer Care Agent for its client, based in Nairobi. The agent provides exceptional service to clients and resolves inquiries about banking and financial products, while also seeking new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and educate potential clients on banking and financial products such as loans, credit cards and investment options.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide post-sale support, helping clients with their inquiries.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
• Report regularly on sales activities, lead conversions and market insights to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and proven ability to handle high-volume interactions professionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
