Seasonal Customer Service Agent (Call Center)

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal contract in Nairobi, working on site at Westlands. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Kenya time), with weekends off; the Saturday shift is paid and gives a day off during the week. The contract runs from 9 November to 29 January.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls professionally, efficiently and accurately.
• Verify customer information and process requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on cases until they are fully resolved and keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
• Between 6 months and 1 year of call center or contact center experience.
• Positive, empathetic and professional attitude, able to stay calm with upset customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of jewelry and watches is a plus.
