About the role
Windy Ridge Springs is seeking a motivated Customer Care Intern to support its showroom operations in Westlands, Nairobi. You will assist walk‑in clients, handle phone inquiries, and ensure accurate digital record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office operations and assist walk‑in clients at the Tanga Suites showroom.
- Handle phone inquiries and guide customers through their accounts.
- Enter and maintain digital data for client contracts, daily payments, and inventory.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience) with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Strong communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and trustworthy with confidential client data.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
