Appointment Setter – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for union members who have requested benefit information. Working from a proven script, you will conduct high‑volume outbound calls and follow‑up texts to schedule Zoom appointments within 24‑48 hours, providing a warm handoff to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 150 outbound dials daily to union members who have submitted benefit inquiry mailers.
• Schedule Zoom appointments within 24‑48 hour windows using the integrated calendar system.
• Follow up leads via text and email through the company CRM and confirm appointments scheduled beyond 48 hours.
• Provide basic Zoom technical support to clients before appointments.
• Manage lead information and appointment scheduling through HP Pro and Mobile Planet CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in outbound calling roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls daily and engaging with blue‑collar professionals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple follow‑ups and confirmations.
• Reliable internet connection for phone, text, and email communication.

Required skills

• Experience with HP Pro or Mobile Planet CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Voice or similar virtual phone systems.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
