About the role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, returns, accounts, and products.
- Process requests, adjustments, and replacements following established guidelines.
- Document interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience in every interaction.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Comfortable using multiple systems and technology tools.
