Customer Service Officer

About the role

Steakking, a fast‑moving gourmet online store and retail operator, is looking for a Customer Service Officer to lead its customer service department. You will ensure a quick, efficient, consistent, and fair experience for all guests while supporting the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and the online messaging system.
• Advise customers on product selection, storage, and preparation (training provided).
• Handle complaints fairly, aiming to turn unhappy customers into loyal ones.
• Manage online orders, process changes, and coordinate delivery slots with drivers.
• Communicate delivery updates or delays to customers and arrange return deliveries when needed.
• Upsell products through suggestive selling to increase average spend.

Required profile

• Friendly, patient and caring personality with a natural ability to engage customers.
• Comfortable working under pressure, multitasking and going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Genuine interest in food, beverage and cooking is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• Stable hours (Monday off, 10 am‑6 pm, 6‑day week).
