Customer Service & Payment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking friendly, customer‑oriented teammates to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will help customers return unused equipment and assist them in catching up on their payments, delivering a positive experience every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding equipment returns and payment issues.
• Process return authorizations and guide customers through the steps.
• Assist customers in setting up payment plans and resolving overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company system.
• Meet scheduled shift hours, including required Saturday coverage.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work the 10:30 am‑7:00 pm shift (or part‑time 4:00 pm‑7:00 pm) and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
