Customer Service Representative – Call Centre Operations

About the role

Join Teleperformance, a global leader in BPO and digital customer experience, as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary link between international clients and their customers, delivering high‑quality support across voice, email, chat and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat and digital platforms in a professional manner.
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly, following client processes and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in CRM and ticketing tools.
• Meet daily performance targets for quality scores, handling times and first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders according to standard procedures.
• Participate in continuous paid training, coaching and team calibration sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Entry‑level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and strong digital literacy.
• Excellent listening skills, empathy and ability to stay calm with difficult inquiries.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems.
• High typing speed (≥45 WPM).
