Customer Service Representative – HVAC Service Scheduling

About the role

Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a persuasive and expert communicator to join its Service Department in Los Angeles. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, qualifying service requests and scheduling appointments for our technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming service calls and set appointments for HVAC technicians.
• Maintain full, efficient service routes to maximize technician productivity.
• Answer client questions, address concerns, and provide reasonable resolutions.
• Support the service team with inside‑sales activities and customer follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a service‑oriented industry such as HVAC, plumbing, or solar.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• HVAC industry knowledge.
