Data Center Channel Manager

About the role

The Data Center Channel Manager will lead partner and channel activities for data centre energy solutions across Kenya. This role focuses on driving market penetration, supporting distribution partners, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Value-Added Partners (VAPs), streamline cooperation processes, and communicate channel incentive policies.
• Develop the commercial distribution market and assist partners in customer visits and sales activities.
• Design and execute partner marketing plans, aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Oversee partner operations, adapt and implement policies, and establish risk‑control mechanisms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel development and operations within the technology or data‑center sector.
• Strong understanding of data‑center energy solutions and the ability to work closely with partners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of power supply and distribution systems for data centres.
• Familiarity with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) technologies.
• Understanding of temperature control solutions in modular data centres.
• Experience with modular data‑centre architectures.
