Dealer Customer Service Representative

About the role

Polar Shades Sun Control is seeking a motivated Dealer Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our network of dealers. You will assist dealers with product information, order processing, pricing, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and supporting sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and fax requests from dealers.
• Clarify dealer needs and present appropriate product selections and services.
• Prepare accurate price quotes for new and existing dealers.
• Estimate lead times using knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
• Communicate product features, material options, and production capabilities.
• Handle dealer concerns promptly and tactfully, escalating when necessary.
• Report dealer complaints and suggest corrective actions to management.
• Identify and relay new product ideas or extensions to the product team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 2‑4 years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for business correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
