Dental Assistant – Mombasa

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our franchised outpatient centre in Mombasa. The role supports qualified dentists in delivering high‑quality, affordable dental care to the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures and surgeries.
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and treatment rooms.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation and follow‑up care plans.
• Provide courteous customer service and patient education.
• Enter clinical data, generate reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental unit.
• Diploma in Dental Assisting or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry, analysis and report generation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for teamwork and patient interaction.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
