Digital Marketer & Videographer

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Digital Marketer & Videographer in Ruiru, Kenya, within its real estate business. The role covers planning, shooting and editing video and photography, creating short-form social content and managing digital marketing content that supports brand awareness and property lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos and photography of properties, project updates, client testimonials, company events and promotional campaigns.
• Create short-form content such as Reels and TikTok videos designed to maximise reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, sound, lighting and colour grading.
• Develop and execute creative digital marketing content aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences and the real estate brand.
• Work with the marketing team on content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement and property lead generation.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and digital content library, storing raw and edited footage accessibly.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats, equipment and editing tools, and monitor content performance to improve engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Production or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, photography and videography, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality video, photography and social media content.

Required skills

• Video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut or equivalent.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
