Digital Social Media Specialist

About the role

A technology company passionate about emerging technologies is seeking a Digital Social Media Specialist. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and driving lead generation across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals, targeting specific audiences and scheduling lead‑generation activities.
• Create engaging content – text, images, videos, infographics, polls – for the organization’s and clients’ social media channels.
• Engage with potential clients, refer them to appropriate contacts, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics, producing weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Adjust strategies based on data trends, stay updated on platform algorithm changes, and incorporate new features to keep the approach competitive.
• Collaborate with the team to align content and campaign efforts and contribute to integrated marketing initiatives such as webinars, product launches, and email funnels.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting content and interacting with audiences.
• Deep understanding of key social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Meta, Instagram, TikTok) and their best practices.
• Ability to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and handle multiple platforms simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Experience with design and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
