Digital Transformation & Business Technology Group Director

About the role

Victory Group is seeking a senior leader to build and steer a Group‑wide Digital Transformation function. The role will create the digital backbone that powers operational excellence across aquaculture, processing, supply chain, commercial and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a trusted enterprise data platform that serves as a single source of truth.
• Develop an integrated business technology landscape and a scalable Aqua Digital Ecosystem covering the full production value chain.
• Deliver practical AI and automation solutions that improve day‑to‑day operations.
• Establish strong technology, cybersecurity and data governance frameworks.
• Lead and grow a high‑performing multidisciplinary Digital & Business Technology team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance to align technology initiatives with business goals.
