Direct Sales Representative – Nakuru

About the role

Premier Bank is seeking motivated Direct Sales Representatives to expand its customer base in Nakuru. You will actively promote the bank’s products and services, open new accounts, and nurture existing relationships to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and cross‑sell bank products to new and existing customers.
• Persuade clients to open accounts and reactivate dormant or unfunded accounts.
• Maintain and update customer sales databases and follow up on referrals.
• Conduct market research during field assignments and report insights.
• Support marketing activations and campaigns for new products.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and track pipeline trends.
• Deliver presentations to potential customers to secure account openings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience with a proven results‑oriented track record.
• Strong sales, business development and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication, planning and self‑management skills.
• Knowledge of bank products, KYC and account‑opening requirements.
