Education Strategy Consultant – Remote

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a remote Education Strategy Consultant to join its Crimson Rise programme. You will work directly with students aged 10‑14 and their families to design and execute personalised academic and extracurricular roadmaps that align with long‑term university and career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and drive execution of strategic roadmaps for each student.
• Lead a network of tutors and experts to support roadmap implementation.
• Identify age‑appropriate competitions, activities and super‑curricular programmes.
• Communicate current university admissions trends and advise on curriculum choices.
• Partner with parents to ensure a high‑quality service experience and measurable student growth.
• Support Crimson’s sales and marketing teams with programme knowledge for prospective clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a Top‑30 US or Top‑20 UK university.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching or educating 11‑14‑year‑olds.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial or competition experience at high‑school or college level.
