About the role

The Elevator Sales Manager will lead the sales of elevator products and solutions across Kenya, driving revenue growth in a competitive market. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate and institutional clients while nurturing long‑term relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales of elevator products and solutions throughout Kenya.
Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage negotiations, pricing and contracts with key accounts.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business planning.

Required profile

Minimum 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, construction solutions or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high‑value negotiations.
Strong corporate relationship‑management skills.
