Embroidery & Digitization Quality Lead

About the role

The Embroidery & Digitization Quality Lead will own the end‑to‑end quality agenda for embroidery (EMB) and digitization across all production partners, both in‑house and outsourced. This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of craft expertise, quality systems, and partner management, driving measurable improvements that impact merchant and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously raise quality standards and acceptance criteria for digitization output across all partners.
• Engage with digitization partners to assess output, run capability reviews, and drive performance improvements.
• Build and maintain a quality measurement framework, identifying KPIs and metrics that track EMB and digitization performance over time.
• Create digitization guidelines, SOPs, and technical briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to merchant and customer interactions with embroidery, including design‑tool guidance and AI‑assisted pre‑submission checks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech teams to embed quality standards into tooling and processes.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align multiple internal and external parties.
• Hands‑on experience in embroidery digitization within production environments.
• Proven ability to translate craft expertise into scalable quality frameworks.
• Willingness to travel to production sites as needed.
