About the role
To proactively promote a relationship‑based offering by acting as the dedicated primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment. The role involves delivering tailored banking solutions that meet client needs while aligning with the bank’s value propositions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive‑level clients.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate banking products and digital services.
- Drive profitability through cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with banking processes, client acceptance and review procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
Required profile
- First‑degree qualification in Business, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales and relationship management within financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of bank products, services and digital platforms.
