Family Offices Services Manager

About the role

FSM is looking for a CFA Charterholder to lead investment services for ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. The role combines building institutional frameworks for advisor oversight with hands‑on discretionary portfolio management of client capital.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned capital sleeves on a fully discretionary basis across equities, fixed income and select alternatives.
• Construct model portfolios with explicit factor exposures, benchmark targets and risk budgets approved by client principals.
• Produce time‑weighted and money‑weighted return reports, and write investment rationales for all material position changes.
• Maintain performance measurement frameworks, quarterly manager scorecards and correlation/factor‑decomposition analyses.
• Develop liquidity waterfall models under stress scenarios and monitor real‑time concentration risk across all sleeves.

Required profile

• CFA Charterholder with proven experience managing real money.
• Deep knowledge of multi‑asset portfolio construction and factor‑based investing.
• Ability to work both at the orchestration level with external managers and at the execution level on direct positions.
