Festival Manager & Promoter

About the role

By Landmark is launching a new Festival Division and needs a dynamic Festival Manager & Promoter to build and scale a multi‑city festival program. You will shape the brand, create operational infrastructure, and bring together food, wine, spirits, music, car shows and cultural experiences across several U.S. markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage the inaugural Food, Wine & Spirits Festival and subsequent events in multiple cities.
• Recruit, lead and develop a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact festivals.
• Develop budgets, negotiate with vendors, secure sponsorships and oversee all financial aspects.
• Collaborate with the executive team and external partners to align creative vision with operational execution.
• Customize each market’s festival experience while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building festivals or large‑scale events from concept to execution.
• Portfolio showcasing successful festivals, campaigns, sponsorship wins and earned media.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends around festival dates.
