About the role
We are looking for a proactive Field Officer to join Tuishi Companion Ltd’s community health team in the Kisauni area. The role involves engaging residents, registering them for medical and last‑expense cover, and supporting them through claims and service activation.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members for Tuishi’s medical and last‑expense cover programmes.
- Educate households, villages and workplaces about available medical cover, last‑expense cover and in‑kind envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claim submissions and activation of services.
- Expand Tuishi’s presence across villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches and workplaces.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate to Kisauni.
- Passionate about serving the community and improving health coverage.
