Field Operations Officer

About the role

The Field Operations Officer oversees daily security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The role also supports business growth through marketing initiatives and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate deployment of security personnel at various client locations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify adherence to SOPs and PSRA standards.
• Handle client complaints and incidents, providing timely resolution and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure guards are properly uniformed, trained, and equipped according to regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and selection of security staff as directed.
• Prepare and submit operational, incident, and marketing performance reports.
• Maintain documentation of contracts, site instructions, and guard deployment.
• Support invoicing by verifying hours worked and services delivered.
• Monitor guard welfare issues and report any impact on service delivery.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Client‑focused with good negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid riding licence; a valid driving licence is an advantage.
