Field Specialist – Wireline

About the role

Join a leading well‑construction and production company as a Field Specialist – Wireline. You will work on offshore and onshore rigs, supporting wellsite operations while learning cutting‑edge technology and gaining hands‑on experience with advanced wireline equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist onsite at workshop and off‑site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services.
• Execute basic maintenance of wireline equipment and prepare it for operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams at the wellsite to diagnose problems and develop solutions.
• Apply industry practices and procedures to analyse data and resolve issues.
• Follow internal Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Technical certificate in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wireline operations.
• Willingness to attend Wireline Training School and receive product line training.
• Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
