Field Supervisor – CWI

About the role

As a Field Supervisor (CWI) you will work on‑site supporting Baker Hughes’ energy technology solutions. You will combine product expertise with hands‑on maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations for customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive chemical pump maintenance to guarantee safe operation.
• Develop and maintain product line knowledge in line with the Competency Management framework.
• Apply functional and technical skills to support field operations and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution.
• Participate in required training and product‑line learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Two‑year technical degree preferred.
• Relevant industry experience with completed product‑line training.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and competency requirements.
