Finance and Accounts Manager

About the role

The Finance and Accounts Manager will lead all financial and accounting activities for an export‑focused organization. Reporting directly to senior management, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient cash flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit financial statements, budgets, costing analyses and MIS reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoice generation.
• Handle banking and finance documentation, including bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare and file monthly and annual sales tax returns, service tax credits, and VAT audits.
• Maintain stock registers for finished goods and raw materials.
• Oversee import and export documentation.
• Supervise a team of 15 finance staff and ensure independent handling of all finance functions.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.) qualification.
• 15–25 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in export operations.
• Proven ability to manage a finance team and work independently.
