Finance Business Partnering Manager

About the role

The Finance Business Partnering Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactional financial data. This role supports informed decision‑making and compliance with financial standards by collecting, analysing, interpreting and reporting financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret financial data to produce accurate reports.
• Maintain compliance with financial standards, controls and banking regulations.
• Provide financial insights and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to address financial queries and drive performance.
• Utilise Power BI and other reporting tools for data visualisation and analysis.

Required profile

• First degree in Business Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification: CPA‑K or ACCA.
• 5‑7 years of financial management experience in a banking environment.
• Strong planning, forecasting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
