Finance Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking a Finance Manager to support the FF SSA Head of Finance and operational companies across the region. The role will drive end‑to‑end financial reporting, FP&A activities, and strategic finance initiatives while ensuring compliance with tax legislation and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day finance support to operational teams and review profitability reports.
• Perform reconciliations across ERP systems including Cargoes Runner, Oracle Fusion and local ERP platforms.
• Manage month‑end close, financial control processes and prepare reporting for the FF Regional Head Office.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast, and review gross profit and exception reports.
• Prepare and maintain weekly cash‑flow forecasts and oversee net working capital management.
• Ensure statutory financial statements are accurate, timely and compliant with IFRS and local tax requirements.
• Act as custodian for risk, internal controls and governance within the country.

Required profile

• Minimum Honours degree in a relevant field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a clearing and forwarding environment.
• Eligibility to work in Kenya.
