Finance Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintain compliance, and support budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Reconcile accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and statements following established guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.

• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes.
