Financial Accountant – Accounts Payable & Expenses

About the role

As a Financial Accountant you will join TecAlliance’s international Accounting & Tax team, supporting accurate financial operations across the organization. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and business units to ensure smooth Procure‑to‑Pay and travel expense processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices, verifying them against purchase orders, receipts and approvals.
• Manage approval workflows, internal controls and ensure compliance with authorization policies.
• Review and validate employee expense reports and credit‑card statements for policy compliance.
• Execute timely payments to suppliers and employees, coordinating transfers and wires.
• Maintain vendor master data, reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep complete, audit‑ready documentation of all payables and expenses.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including accruals, pre‑payments and journal entries.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in Procure‑to‑Pay processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, payment execution, vendor reconciliation and expense review.
• Fluent English; additional local language a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur or comparable expense management tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliations, data checks and reporting.
