Frontend Developer – UI/UX Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑End Developer with a strong focus on UX/UI to create and deliver customer‑facing web applications from our Nairobi office. The role blends user‑experience design, front‑end coding and product delivery, ensuring intuitive, high‑quality solutions that meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user‑friendly front‑end interfaces based on UX/UI concepts, wireframes and design specifications.
• Translate designs into production‑ready code using modern front‑end technologies.
• Implement business logic, integrate REST or GraphQL APIs and ensure responsive, accessible performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineering teams to refine user experience.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, resolve issues and participate in customer pilots and proof‑of‑concept deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of front‑end practices and front‑end performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• At least 2 years designing and building UX/UI‑focused applications.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
