Full-time Housekeeper – Diani Beach Resort

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated full‑time Housekeeper to join our beach‑side resort in Diani Beach, Kenya. You will ensure guest rooms, studios and common areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, studios and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising bathrooms and kitchens.
• Make beds, change linens and replenish toiletries and other supplies.
• Collect, wash, dry, iron and store laundry according to established procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the management team.
• Interact courteously with guests, responding to basic requests and supporting a pleasant stay.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all housekeeping duties efficiently and safely.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple rooms and tasks.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to follow training, cleaning and safety procedures.
• Reliability, attention to detail and the physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.
