About the role
Join Jumba Ruins Monsoon, a relaxed beachfront restaurant on the Kenyan coast, as a full‑time waitress. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy fresh seafood and a casual dining experience in a scenic setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver meals, drinks, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest inquiries, dietary needs, and any issues that arise.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service processes.
- Basic understanding of cooking and food presentation (beneficial).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
