About the role
The GA Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, driving account growth, and ensuring operational excellence within the FMCG sector. This role combines account management, team leadership, and operational oversight to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Lead and motivate a field team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficient field management.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years or more experience in the FMCG industry as a senior sales representative.
- Degree, higher or basic diploma in sales & marketing or a relevant field.
