General Manager - Enterprise Clubs & Strategic Growth Networks

About the role

The General Manager for Enterprise Clubs & Strategic Growth Networks will design, establish and scale a relationship‑driven growth platform for mature MSMEs and SMEs. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise Development & Financial Inclusion, the role anchors a scalable ecosystem that supports enterprises transitioning from stability to market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver the Enterprise Clubs strategy aligned with the broader ED&FI pillar and inclusive growth agenda.
• Lead implementation of mentorship‑driven, peer‑based learning models and ensure high‑quality experience for member enterprises.
• Oversee executive‑level capability development, including leadership forums, advanced training and retreats.
• Strengthen enterprise ecosystems through market linkages, value‑chain integration and partnerships with corporates and financial institutions.
• Develop finance and investment readiness pathways, strategic finance mechanisms and capital‑access programmes for high‑value enterprises.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, partnership development and resource mobilisation to secure strategic, technical and financial support.
• Identify and manage funding opportunities from internal and external partners to sustain program growth and innovation.
• Manage work planning, budgeting and efficient resource allocation for high‑value enterprise programmes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise development, financial inclusion or SME growth.
• Strong track record of designing and scaling strategic programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and partnership‑building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilise resources and manage large‑scale budgets.
• Experience working with banks, investment banks, insurers and corporate partners.

Required skills
