General Manager - Real Estate Land Sales

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a General Manager for its real estate land sales business in Ruiru. The role covers sales strategy, team leadership, day-to-day operations of the land sales office and reporting, with a stated salary of KShs 50,000 to 90,000.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and business growth: develop and run sales strategies to hit monthly and annual targets, generate leads, build a strong pipeline and monitor market trends, competitors and pricing in the Ruiru-Kamakis area
• Team leadership: set individual and team targets, hold regular meetings and reviews, coach sales reps and foster a results-oriented culture
• Operations: oversee daily office operations, manage the customer journey from enquiry to completion, coordinate site visits and keep accurate records of leads, bookings and payments
• Client management: build relationships with clients, investors and agents, handle complaints and support negotiations and retention
• Reporting: prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance reports, track KPIs and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in a competitive real estate sales environment
• Proven experience in land sales, especially in Ruiru-Kamakis, and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team

Required skills

• Understanding of real estate sales processes, lead management, negotiations and customer conversion
• Sales performance management and reporting
