Global HR Specialist – Compliance & Client Services

About the role

The Global HR Specialist will deliver customized HR solutions to elite clients, focusing on compliance and strategic HR needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client policies align with federal and state regulations while driving client retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult elite HR‑centric clients on compliance, payroll trends, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and on‑site supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and long‑lasting partnerships.
• Identify legal and regulatory concerns, mentor HR Business Partners, and support HR projects across the organization.
• Travel for onsite visits and remote meetings to meet KPIs, service levels, and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably with HRIS, payroll platforms, PRISM, EOR or PEO environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using HRIS systems and payroll platforms.
• Familiarity with PRISM, EOR or PEO solutions (preferred).
